| :: Major contract signed with MEW Kuwait to provide Fuel Treatment System for Boilers: |
GG announced in May 2010 the signing of a large contract for supplying a comprehensive system to the Ministry of Electricity & Water, Kuwait, to treat fuel used to fire boilers so as to improve efficiency, conserve energy, save money and protect the environment. We will be working hand-in-hand with Pentol GmbH, one of the most reputable international companies in designing and producing these systems.
We will be working in the 4 main stations in Kuwait that provide power and desalinated water to the country. This major project will commence immediately and continue for almost two years. |

American Heart Association “AHA” signed a distribution agreement with Gulf Group to be their official distributor of ECC (Emergency Cardiovascular Care) materials and Publications in all GCC (Gulf Council Countries), Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Pakistan and India.
The American Heart Association (AHA) is a non-profit organization founded in the United States in 1924 to develop appropriate cardiac care in an effort to reduce disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke and considered to be a world leader in that sector.
ECC materials and publications are widely spread through their wide range of courses Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), first aid courses, CPR …etc.

| :: Gulf Group signs MOU with Hemaya Security Services Co. to cooperate in Qatar (16/03/2009): |

Gulf Group Company announced today that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hemaya Security Services Company to cooperate in various technological fields and projects, to provide Hemaya’s security programs with designs, equipment, maintenance and training.
Ali Alsalahi, Manager of Gulf Group, stated that signing the MOU will enable us extensively to provide Hemaya with a number of unique opportunities and technologies which will reflect in more comprehensive services that Hemaya will be able to offer to the security field of Qatar.
Alsalahi stated that the MOU will allow both Hemaya and Gulf Group to work closely with leading regional and international companies in various security fields.
Alsalahi added:”The signing of this MOU is an outcome of government of Qatar’s vision which encourages diversifying revenues, training of local human resources, transferring know-how and capitalizing on opportunities particularly in the security field”.
Alsalahi considered that signing this MOU is a culmination of the efforts of coordination between the public and private sectors in the state which has been founded by His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani and the Crown Prince His Highness Shiekh Tameem Al-Thani. He appreciated His Highness Sheikh Abdulla Bin Naser Al Thani Chairman of Hemya and Minister of Interior for his constant support and encouragement to local companies in the public and private sectors.
It is also worthy to mention that Gulf Group Company is one of the leading national companies in the fields of defense and security and has expertise, qualifications and international agencies which enable it to execute diversified huge projects. |
